Please select up to two different committees in the boxes below. Selection is limited to one choice per box.

Notes on Scheduling Availability

• Please be as flexible as possible when indicating your availability and assignment preferences.
• You are encouraged to work a minimum of three shifts (3-5 hours each) and you may work more.
• Saturday-Sunday availability only (a.m. and p.m. shifts both days) will meet the shift requirement.

Please indicate the days you will be available to work during the tournament week:
(AM: 7:00 – 1:00; PM: 1:00 – 6:00)

Please Note: We will not have a hole in one contest in 2008

Uniforms

See “Uniforms, bonuses, and incentives” for description of uniform.

Volunteer Fee: The fee to volunteer is $65.00, $70.00 after February 1, 2008 and includes a shirt and jacket – you provide your own shorts or slacks in stone color. Please indicate sizes needed below:

Additional items for purchase: Optional pieces are available for purchase, this includes ladies visors and mens caps, all in stone color with a teal Corning Classic logo, and additional shirts and jackets.

After you finish filling out your application and click the submit button, you will be given a link to the Corning Classic Store. Please select the correct price to volunteer (depending on whether you have volunteered in the past or not) and fill in your credit card information. You also have the option to purchase additional uniform items online. Please remember to indicate your needed size for clothing on the shopping cart page.
